Glue Mixer Machine is used during wood pallet production line process. It applies for the material of glue and wood shavings. Ring Glue Mixer Machine is mainly composed of the mixing tube, stirring shaft, glue supply system, feed inlet, outlet port, cooling system and other components.

Glue mixer machine is used befoer start Mould Wood Pallet Making Machine during wood pallet production line. After measurement of raw materials enter from the inlet into the glue mixer machine continuously. Under the action of feeding shovel, raw material along the circumferential direction accelerated motion,form a ring body,and gradually run to the sizing area.The glue is in a natural flow state along the tangential direction into the glue mixer machine, stirring under the stir claw,the glue mixed with the raw materials.As the raw material distributed radially with different line speed and there is a big speed difference, so friction between the raw material, to achieve uniform sizing effect.

Ring glue mixer machine is easy to operate, easy to automate management, uniform sizing, better quality, high production efficiency, suitable for mass production; equipment cleaning is also very convenient because of the hydraulic delay and water cooling system.
