Molded Wood & plastic Pallet/Board Production Line

Molded pallet production line is a new type of environmentally friendly equipment that can recycle waste wood, such as bamboo, wood shavings, sawdust, wheat/corn straw, bagasse, coconut, and waste materials from furniture factories. The waste wood can ultimately be used as raw material, and the final wooden pallet is widely used in logistics and transportation. It is free from fumigation.

This proposal outlines a design by 9T for processing 50% moisture waste wood, with a capacity of processing wood per day. It includes a chipper (with inlet and outlet belt conveyors), a crusher (with an outlet belt conveyor), and a dryer (with inlet and outlet screw conveyors). For the other belt conveyors and storage silos, we recommend that the customer purchase them from the local market based on detailed specifications that will be supplied after the design is confirmed.
