It’s important to be clear that our machine is molded press pallets machine, but not injection molding machine, pls find the attached animation effects. They have big difference in their way of working. Because of low fluidity for recycled plastic, so the injection molding machine must adopt virgin PP/PE/HDPE as the pallet material. While our molded press machine can use virgin PP/PE/HDPE but also recycled plastics, with high performance and lower cost. Beyond that, compared with injection molding machine, our machine have clear price advantage.
The durability of the pallets made by our equipment is same as the ones produced by injection machines.The major difference between the two is the way of working , design flexibility, raw material ( our machine can adopt not only PE/HDPE,PP as pallets material , but also wood chipps , wood dust , waste kraft paper , waste plastic , cotton stalk ,Miscanthus...anything with fibers ),equipment cost .
