1. Is there a difference in the strength of the pallet when different raw materials (such as wood waste, sawdust, wood shavings, straw, etc…) are used?
The material can be anything with fibers, but Sawdust and wood shavings alone are not possible to be used to making pallets, because their fibers are too short. The wood waste should crushed into size L:3-5cm  W:0.3-0.5m  thickness: 0.1-0.2cm , same to wheat straw , miscanthus , cotton stalk ... .
Generally, the strength depends on the material's fibers, the longer the better. Wood waste, cotton stalk > straw, Kraft >sawdust, wood shavings

2. What is the advantages and disadvantages of using only sawdust, only wood shavings or mix (50:50) of sawdust and shavings?
Sawdust and wood shavings alone are not possible to be used to making pallets, because their fibers are too short. 10% sawdust/wood shavings can be mixed with 90% wood chips. We suggest the sawdust and wood shavings volume no more than 10%, otherwise, it will affect the strength.

3. If we decide to use only sawdust, how many Kilos (Kg) of sawdust do we need to make a standard side (120x100cm) pallet?
The volume (wood chips) depends on the thickness of (100cm*120cm) pallets .The thickness determine the strength of the pallets.
Generally, as we had been tested:
1.5cm thickness , 100cm*120cm pallet , need dried wood material 18.26 Kg , glue 3.74 , it's dynamic loading will be 2-3 tons , static loading 7-9 tons
1cm thickness ,100cm*120cm pallet , need dried wood material 12.45 Kg , glue 2.55 , it's dynamic loading will be 0.5-0.8 tons , static loading 2-3 tons

4. How many liters of resin glue do you need to make the above standard side (120x100cm) pallet?
Generally , as we had been tested, 1.5cm thickness , 100cm*120cm pallet , need dried wood material 18.26 Kg , glue 3.74 , the glue was mixed with 50% water +50% UF Powder.

5. Please provide your recommended specifications of the resin glue to be used.

6. What do you mean by below statement?
I mean we can provide special design according to your required.

7. What's the impact if the wood chips are above 8% moisture?
The vapor will form bulging in the surface of pallets, it will affect artistically.

8. Pressing for 7min is for all types of raw materials or should you change the time based on the type of raw material?
The time of duration was pre-set, the machine can execute all programs automatically. 7 minutes for wood fiber material, and 2-3 minutes for plastic material. You can reset the preset time according to your case.

9. How long does it take to heat the mold to 200C?
Generally, we heat the mould to 180℃ is ok, it will takes you one hour by mould temperature controller.

10. What should be the optimum time taken from removing the pallet from the mold up to refilling the mold with raw material and activating the press?
After 7 minutes duration time finished, the mould will lift the pallets out, same time you need take the pallets off the press machine, then refill the mould with material and active the machine, no need waiting.

11. What happens if we press for 5min instead of 7min?
The strength cannot meet the design requirements of structural strength, defective products.

12. Can we add color to the raw material?
Yes, of course. We support to engrave your company logo in the mould also.

13. What is the dynamic strength and static strength of a standard side (120x100cm) pallet?
Generally, as we had been tested:

14. What is the weight of a standard side (120x100cm)?
1.5cm thickness, 100cm*120cm pallet, 22-23Kg
1cm thickness, 100cm*120cm pallet, 14.5-15Kg

15. How many pallets can be stacked up to 2m height?
1.5cm thickness, 100cm*120cm pallet, 22-23Kg, height 15cm, 40-45Pcs can be stacked up to 2m height.

16. What happens to the pallet if exposed to water?
As to our tested data, we had put the pallets completely submerged into the water, after 11 days, the surface of the pallets will fall chips, but still with high strength.

17. Can we have our brand name engraved mold?
Yes, we support to engrave your company logo or letters in the mould.

18. What's the difference between wood chipper and wood crusher?
The wood out of the wood chipper is bigger pieces, and after crushed by crusher, it could be smaller and more fitting as the pallets material.

19. In the 'Glue Mixer' its mentioned Capacity of 1500kg and Volume as 40Kg, what's the difference?
Sorry, i stated not clear. The mixer can process 1500kg materials (dried wood chips and glue) one hour, and its maximum handling capacity is 40kg one time.

20. Pallet machine: 18.5KW includes all electrical components including motors and heaters?
18.5  Kw refers to press machine only, in the actual work, 2/3 time is out of working, only working when the mould moving up or down happened.

21. Pallet machine: what's the difference between pressing cycle and shaping cycle?
Pressing cycle from start the up mould, end with the bottom mould lift the pallets out.
Shaping cycle from the closing of up mould and bottom mould, and ended when the up mould was lift up.

22. Is the delivery of 30-45 days including manufacturing the equipment and delivering to Dubai?
No, 30-45 days refers to from when we get your 50% deposit to loading the press machine. In practice, 30 days is enough.

23. How many engineers from China will come to Dubai for installation, commissioning, and training?
One engineer and one translator will come to your installation site. Our engineer will guide your workers to install the hoisting equipment prepared by your side.

24. How many days do you need to install, test and commission the machine?
One week is ok.
